Very polite maintenance great community. I just moved in last friday.I absolutely love it here so far cant wait for warmer weather and to use the fitness center

I really enjoy living here. The complex is clean, comfortable, and feels like home. Jackie is one of the highlights. Quirky, charismatic, and has the kind of personality that instantly puts you at ease. It made everything feel smooth and stress-free!

It took a LONG time to post my final move out fee and then it was due almost immediately. That was an issue for me.

I've lived here for just over a year now and my experience has been 10/10. The leasing agents (especially Jackie) and manager Rachael have been amazing to work with. The staff is always extremely friendly, accommodating, and super nice to work with. Maintenance is very fast in responding to any issues/concerns. The landscaping is well maintained. There is plenty of parking. The community features are convenient and the leasing office is always doing fun events! The units are spacious, updated and great quality for a lower fee than most other rentals in the area. I highly recommend New Providence Park to anyone searching for their next place to call home!

This place is great to live at. It is quiet and the community always has great events. Meeting new people in the community is something I have never been good at, however, at New Providence Park, it allows me to meet new people. Rachel was and has always been a big help when their has been an issue or a question to be answered! 10/10 would recommend!

I just moved in a week ago and have had many wonderful experiences. When I arrived, there was a discrepancy in the price and Jason the assistant manager immediately took care of it. When I first was searching for apartments, I had spoke in length on the phone with Jackie and she made the experience great. Lisa is also in the office and has been a pleasure to speak too and get to know. I recently put in a service request and the maintenance men were at my home within 10 minutes and did an excellent job Thank you Ben and Drew. So far, it has been an awesome experience. I love my apartment. It is so modern and gorgeous, very spacious. There is a lot of space outdoors also. It is well kept and I am Looking forward to going to the holiday brunch. 😊 I can't wait for spring I am i'm looking forward to jumping into the pool too lol. ❤️

Want to give a shout out to Brandon. He's very knowledgeable and prompt with knowing how to fix things. He also came in on a weekend which was amazing to me. Brandon helps New Providence Park with a 5 star in my book. I want to thank Brandon again for the service he provided so quickly. I called the office and a short time later he fixed the problem and also explained how he fixed it. Definitely a strong 5 star service
