We've been here almost a year now and will be renewing our lease soon. We got off to very shaky and stressful start, but in recent months most of the staff have changed and the whole energy has changed with it. Everyone is so helpful and willing now. They go above and beyond, even to the point of ordering bike racks for us to use. Thank you and we so hope this all continues. It’s really nice having a pond with pet ducks, and the convenience to cycle to the grocery store 😊
In early January I went through something which left me with 2 weeks to find a place to move. Very stressful situation. I found a couple of complexes in my price range and went to tour them. Out of all the property leasing agents I spoke to, New Providence Park had the nicest, quickest, and most helpful representatives. Drema has really helped in this transition and has been quick to reply to every question I had and inform me of next steps. I am set to move in tomorrow and am pleased so far with the process. The apartments are also very nice and updated. Thank you Drema and New Providence for making this experience as easy as possible!!!
From our experience, my wife & I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this apartment complex to anyone. We recently relocated here from out-of-state & although we haven't lived in an apartment for quite a while, we quickly adjusted, finding it to be quiet, safe & well-maintained. The maintenance crew keeps the property & grounds clean & well-maintained and any relatively minor issues have been addressed promptly. In addition, we want to thank the management team for their continued hard work & professionalism, particularly Elena for getting us through some bumps in the road as a result of moving from out-of-state & Ronni, the property manager, for the same & recently for having abundant patience & going above & beyond to help us through some last-minute paperwork issues while renewing our lease. All the way around, happy with our move here
I would like to make a huge shout out to Elena Cilento and Alexandria Weber. Me and my gf like many others experienced many hardships throughout covid-19. mostly financially. However both of those lovely management members came through for us like super heroes. They waited, watched, provided support, and were extremely communicative with us. If it wasn't for them we would likely be homeless. I cant thank them enough for their amazing support! Give those ladies a raise!
The maintenance man, Mr. Chauncey, has been the most helpful maintenance man we have ever had. He's super friendly too and he fixed our AC the same day we put in the request! 👍
Before, I would have rated these apartments as a 2-star, but the new maintenance team turned that all around. They have fixed at least 80% of the issues we were having from almost 1 year ago, that the old team neglected. I truly love that the apartments have an option with utilities included. People are very pet-friendly here, including the admin team. We will renew our lease for another year!
Moving from out of state has to be the most stressful thing. While apartment hunting my roommates and I came across New Providence Park. We were greeted by the most beautiful beaming woman who introduced us to Patrick to help us further with information. He was the nicest, most informative person we came across on our expedition for an apartment. Hands down the best person to have helped us with this transition. If you’re looking for an apartment, go to NPP and ask for Patrick. He’ll make everything seem so easy and seamless for you! 10/10 recommended. And the complex is absolutely beautiful, gives a whole resort feel. Loved this experience!
Okay first off, beautiful property and units!! People fish in the pond all summer and there’s a cute little family of ducks that are residents here. The pool area is gorgeous, there’s a small dog park, a trash compactor at the front, and tons of open lawn areas, seating, and grilling areas for outdoor activities! I can’t say anything about the fitness area because I’ve been slacking haha. So I moved into a 2 BD/2 BA at the end of September (moved from CO). I had a plan to eventually have my friend become a roommate after he found a job and applied to be added to the lease. Well, that didn’t happen, and I found myself paying way more than I could afford by Halloween. I talked to the leasing office about moving to a one-bedroom and they informed me that I have to be on the lease for at least 6-months before transferring. Okay, that’s fair. Then I got furloughed on January 4 due to COVID and really started panicking. I talked to the leasing office again but wasn’t really getting answers. I decided to email Ronni, who is from my understanding the main leasing agent. I am ecstatic to say I am SO HAAAPPPPPYYY!!! Ronni went above & beyond to talk to the property manager (Tribute Property) and get me moved into a one-bedroom almost immediately!!! The daily stress and anxiety about losing my home due to not being able to pay rent is gone! I am currently packing and waiting for the paint to dry in my new apartment!! THANK YOU Ronni, Elena, and Alexandria!!! I am a happy tenant and I would definitely recommend New Providence Park Apartments!
