What a great team that runs the office! They are genuinely nice people and are very helpful! They took care of maintenance requests quickly and Chris Brown fixed my few issues and took care to clean up after himself when done while I was at work.

A great place to live. Comfortable apartments, great staff and surrounded by beautiful trees and grass areas. Happy about the quick and efficient maintenance request! The staff is very friendly, helpful and professional!

I’ve been living at New Providence Park since 2021. I love my apartment and this community . The name is real . It is a Park . There’s nature and wild life everywhere. The staff is amazing . Annie is a very friendly, caring manager. Tyler is very nice and always eager to help . Brandon, manager of maintenance is very professional and knowledgeable . Ivy makes the maintenance team complete . Ivy is always courteous, friendly and gets the job done . On one occasion at closing time, he came to change the battery on the fire alarm . The alarm would have been going off all night otherwise. The entire staff is wonderful, caring and friendly . There are festive parties given for the tenants for every Holiday. There are also Cooking classes. I highly recommend New Providence Park . There’s Nothing like waking up in an apartment drenched in sunlight . Or sitting out on your balcony drinking your coffee while listening to the birds concert .I love Watching the full moon without even needing to go outside. Also the convenience of being near everything , grocery, dollar store, etc..Even the Beach and downtown are between 15 to 20 minutes away. I also enjoy my walks where I can watch and photograph Blue herons, ducks, cardinals, blue jays, white egret, Eastern blue birds, mocking birds, turtles, cormorants and rabbits. They also make this community beautiful .

Darius,came, and put a new microwave in.and did a fantastic job.Was very nice and friendly. You need to keep him.He is a people person. 4 Stars plus more.Thank you .

Darius the maintenance man is very good. He was very knowledgeable and kind. He came in fix our AC unit that had frozen over. I like that the maintenance crew seems to be on top of their game and also responds very quickly to maintenance requests. Its a very nice touch.

Ivey & Darius responded to our service requests promptly a few weeks ago. Along with Brandon, they make an outstanding team!

I’ve lived in this complex for a few years now and no complaints. Love the maintenance and office team. They are always so kind. Darius is very kind and knowledgeable. He was able to fix our AC within an hour and get my air back up and running. Ivy has also been great with any maintenance work we have needed. Love where I live!

If you want a home feeling. This is the place. We have been with this property for 3 years and counting. With the reality company for 7 years. The management team are super nice. Maintenance team are humble and kind. Always on top of keeping this property clean and safe. The apartments are great bang for your buck. We personally will stay as long as they will have us. We are treated like home owners and family . I would recommend New Providence Park to everyone.
